This place has always been a robbery spot. But not in the way you think. See at this location the workers go thru your car and "clean" but what they are really doing is cleaning you out of your possessions and loose money you have around your vehicle. How do i know this? Because i seen it occur many times before. They steal from your vehicle and act like nothing ever happened. They even tamper with the computers security system and erase any evidence of the crime being committed. Then they claim "the video footage isnt working something may be wrong with it" they will steal from you in and out. They will damage your vehicles and claim it was already there. This place should've been shut down years ago and that will only happen if people start saying things and complaining to have it shut down. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go to a different car wash and save yourself from being robbed of your things.
Bad Bad Bad. Didn't even clean inside charged $40 for wash and vacuum according to their non speaking English employees. Sign claimed armor all, hand wash, vaccum and interior cleaned. They said no no vaccum and wash wash. Robbed for this. Then yelled at us in Spanish. STAY AWAY. Cape Coral peeped. Use the downtowner car wash by Walmart. 100% Better and a lot cheaper!
Oil change - I showed a Valvoline $5 discount coupon and was told "I'll give you $5 off", good. While in the waiting area, he brought "my" air filter in to show me how plugged up it was. I told him I had one at home, no thanks. When he checked me out, there was no $5 off listed so I mentioned it and he said "oh, I forgot", and wrote $52.22 below the $57.22 total. After I left I stopped to pick up another air filter at a parts store close by. When I went to change it in the auto parts lot, I found that my old air filter, which looked like new compared to the one he showed me at the shop, was still installed in my car. I did NOT need a new filter, but was nearly charged for one! You would think that in these days someone wouldn't try a scam like this at a business just to pocked a few $$. No way could I trust this location and won't be going back.

HORRIBLE.!! Damaged Car then called us liars. Had to call police who took pictures Now filing insurance lawsuit for repairs. Promised hand was. Have video of pressure washer being used! Had to give one star I order to leave complaint. Stay away!!!! Also manager told me to kiss his as....
