Vacuum not working. No "Out of Order" sign posted as a warning. Machine stole my money. Nobody in office. If you go here be prepared to lose your money! Happy Days Car Wash?!? I sure wasn't happy when I got ripped off! Used to be a loyal customer - never going back.
Don't ever go here! I paid 10.00 to go through the automatic wash. About 35 seconds into It the machine broke down. I've contacted the owners probably 9/10 times within the past two months for a refund. About the 6th call I've made someone finally answered and told me they'd be sending me a refund. A month later nothing. Garbage!!! Don't ever go here you're literally throwing away your money and they won't refund you your money when their stuff breaks on you!
Used to come here all the time and it was OK but now it sucks. The automatic wash Bay is broke half the time and the watered down slop in the drum for scrubbing your wheels sucks now. It used to be great, but this place just went down hill fast.
If I could give 0 stars , I would! Vacuum machine will take money, call thephone number posted, no answer, leave voice-mail, no returned call. Automatic carwash HAS NO SOAP, NO WAX NO FOAM! So you're paying for high pressure water to be sprayed on your vehicle. New owner took over around a year or so ago and he's a shady guy that only cares about collecting his money, that he pretty much steals from customers who get to wash their cars with water......
Wish I had read the reviews prior to coming here. Paid $10 for the "Ultimate" package, went through the automatic wash, my vehicle got all soaped up, then the machine stopped working. Waited a few moments to realize that it was absolutely not turning back on. Had to pay an additional $4 to go through touchless and rinse and dry the vehicle myself. Contacted the phone number to request a refund, but based on the amount of negative reviews, I am not expecting much or getting my hopes up. Do not waste your money here.
