WHO DO I CALL TO GET A REFUND?! The auto car wash was broken. The high pressure rinse, color coat, dryer and other functions were not working. The only thing that as working and the it did perform on my car was dispensing the soap. I had to leave with my car covered in soap! What an embarrassment and waste of time. There was no sign with a phone number and owner’s name. I will report this if I don’t hear from the owner soon.
Side note: I don't ever use the '24/7 auto car pull throughs' as 99% are water & lights as shown by news specials & investigative reporting long ago, unless I knew the owner or attendants are present. The few auto 'touchless' car washes I do use have specific hours with paid attendants for upgraded service.
When I had the auto car wash not work for me after payment, the owners got back to me w/ refund almost immediately!
Terrible waste of money.. Go somewhere else! Fragrance for the vacuum was broken but of course I couldn't tell at first because the trigger on the handle was missing, gun was in the holder so no way of knowing till u try to use it.. That was whatever, so switched it to vacuum and it barely got up the dirt.. How does that even happen.. Went through the "deluxe" car wash for ten bucks and my truck was still filthy when I was done.. Dropped the ball in every aspect honestly.. Not that I need the 11 dollars back, but for those that need or want a refund, we'll from other reviews I hear that won't happen either.. Place is a joke
About1 yr ago came here and the wash stopped on me in the middle of a soap cycle. Took them months to respond and even longer to refund me my money. Went again about 3 months ago to give them a second chance and the same thing happened. I called them and they said they sent me a check it's been 3 months like I said and still nothing. Mind you they have a sign on the door that says CALL US- WE CARE. With a number that's mailbox is always full & of corse they don't answer in the first place. They obviously need the $10 more than I with all the repairs needed at this sad excuse for a car wash.
Use the self serve if you go here. The pressure washers could be upgraded, but they get the job done if you have bugs stuck on your vehicle. I used the foam brush first then the power soap & water then rinse then wax then rinse. Had to put the nossel pretty close to the bugs, but it got the car clean (for the most part.) I still had to hand wash parts after & would use the self serve care washes in the South Cape before coming back here again. Those seem to actually have higher water pressure & cleaner that get dirt & bugs off your car. I have arthritis so hand washing my car ever time I drive my car at night in Florida is not an option... I have to go to a place that can get the job done. This is not one of them.
