Today it finally happened, the car in front of me got off track and my car continued to move forward. I may have tapped their car but I have no idea because I couldn't see infront of me. They stopped the machine and made me reverse out, got the other car back on track. THEN they had me drive back INTO the car wash (once again super close to the other car). They placed me halfway inside the car wash when I originally had just entered it. So now the front half of my car is still dirty. Lucky for them there seems to be no damage to my car but needless to say I am never coming back.
I've brought many cars here but one thing I notice is that the minute I park into a vacuum spot I always have an employee tell me I have a "chip" or a "crack" in my windshield. The sales pitch is always the same. Depending on my insurance (at the time Geico) they'd replace it for free. It counts as an insurance claim and your rates may be affected later down the road. Mine went up slightly but not enough to influence my two star rating.
I absolutely love this car wash! We have two vehicles and every other week we get them washed there. A little more expensive than washing it yourself but taking advantage of their buy one get one half off is the way to go
During extremely busy times the car wash is set to rush the car through faster and the vehicle doesn't get a chance to get as clean or dry the drops off the front windshield even before the automated system makes you leave. Other times, the car wash and workers are adequate. Glad to have them on Del Prado and Pine Island road. I see that another one is opening up next to Dairy Queen and across from Bank of America on Skyline also in Cape Coral, Fl. 4 stars for them. It is nice that they have a hologram picture coinciding with the current holiday that flashes on your windshield as it vehicle passes through the automated car wash system. Never had any damage done to my vehicle going through the process and the workers are hard working. Glad to have them.
Fast pass customer! I visit 3 or 4 times weekly.. Keep the car clean, entertain the 1 year old. Win win! The tunnel always does a phenomenal job with no issues or damages to the cars I keep. I use the vacuums, but not as often as the tunnel. I plan to try out the dog wash room one of these days as I have a Corgi (3 layered coats= clogged drains) and it makes me cringe to wash my dog and my toddler in the same tub...

I brought the same vehicle with the newly replaced windshield in for a wash a few days later and got hit with the same sales pitch. "Your windshield has a crack in it. What insurance do you have?" It's clear to me that it's just some pitch they force every employee who works near the vacuums to say. Which is a shame because the employees are actually good at this location and my cars always did come out fairly clean. Going to try and find another car wash that doesn't expect its employees to push windshield replacements on customers.
