I went today and got the hand wax to try to help my poor paint on my truck.....it didn’t work but it’s not the car washes fault though. What is their fault is the several people who were smoking outside while seated on the benches. I had my 6 and 4 year old there with me and they really dislike the smoke. We had to go up front to where no one was smoking and had to stand in the sun and the loud blowers to avoid it. Is it possible to maybe put a sign up in the area to say the smoking section is at the picnic table near Burger King? I hope this changes as I will not get another hand wax for any of my 3 vehicles nor suggest it to any others who have small children. Thanks
The prices are amazingly low for how much service they provide. The front of my car was filthy with bugs and dirt, and too many trips to the beach had plenty of sand in my car. Fifteen minutes later and my car looks brand new again... Definitely coming back during lovebug season!
Be sure to inspect your car before you leave! I got home to find the front bumper still dirty. They never touched it! I went to Dowwntowner Car Wash and paid for their "Ultimate" package. In my opinion and anywhere else I've been, that includes washing the bumper and getting the bugs off. They didn't touch the front of the car. $43 wasted. I called and spoke to the mgr Paulo. He said the guys out there are slacking. Bring it back and they'll touch it up. Oh brother. I'll never go back again.*****UPDATE***** I went back the following day. The service and attention I received from management and from Henry (tech) was excellent. My car was redone completely and correctly. I will go back but next time I'll make an appt for Henry to detail my car. He is a pro!
