The pine island store in cape Coral, Lauren at customer service was awesome, she took care of my problem with Grace and professionalism that I have not seen in a long time. She should be commended.

As with most retail stores, the staff is a mixed bag. Some are extremely helpful while some seen to just be there to draw a paycheck. The store was not overly tidy and was missing a few items on my list... Screen repair (not due to the recent hurricane, they NEVER have it in the roll), for one. You'd think a home improvement store in Florida would be a GREAT place to find screen repair... hmmm.
Very helpful plenty of staff competitive price even gave my pet dog "buddy" a treat ... Did not get the same experience yesterday at Lowe's
