Do not buy appliances from Lowe’s. If you end up with a lemon they will give you the biggest runaround in order to replace it. Customer service won’t replace unless the tech says it’s not repairable but techs are not allowed to say it’s not repairable. Disgusted. Next step is to call the local news “call for action” department and see if we can get some help. Support your local appliance store instead of these big box rip offs.

I prefer Lowe's because they give military 10% discounts on all purchases. Home Depot is not as simple a process. I have found the staff to be helpful when asked. I especially like their garden center. They have a nice selection of palms and tropical plants.
I found an item which appeared to be missed stocked by a store employee. So upon going to the register I was greeted with a larger number than the number that I had chosen from the items on the shelf for the selection. When I informed the cash register attendant that the item was in the miss stock location they were able to over ride me the price upon which I thought I was paying.
Lowes is not the same Lowes that I know. Customer service has most certainly declined over the years. You’re lucky to find someone to help you or even more than one person at the register to check you out. It has become worse than Walmart.
