first of all I asked her to send me a pic since I am in texas and she never sent me a picture she just sent the arrangement to the hospital and it was not very pretty and was about a $30 arrangement and I spend $63 for it and was very disappointed I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN THEY SUCK
I go there never knowing what the heck I want but I always leave with something that makes my wife happy
This was the worst experience that my family and I ever experienced from a florist. The last thing you want to worry about is flowers when there is a death in the family. We do not even know for sure that the flowers were delivered. When we went to the florist the day of the burial and asked why we never received the flowers, there was no clear explanation. When asked for a full refund the owner refused to credit our credit card for the full amount. Please be careful when ordering flowers from this establishment.
I ordered some roses for my friend for Valentines day. Ok, there was a hiccup, but we followed up and the owner said that she would make everything right. She did and I appreciate it!
