My choice of bouquet was partially influenced of the fact I liked the vase the bouquet was presented in, on the web. Unfortunately, the bouquet was delivered in a plane glass vase. Nothing was mentioned on the web about vase substitution, only about seasonal availability of flowers!
I recently ordered same-day Birthday flowers for my Mom. What she received was pretty (red roses and red alstroemeria) but looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered (Light orange roses, orange spray roses, pink matsumoto asters, and hot pink miniature carnations). There is a disclaimer on the website saying substitutions may be made due to availability, but I expected it to at least somewhat match what I ordered her. I'm rather disappointed.
Can't trust them with another purchase.
I ordered a funeral basket with fresh cut orange lilies. When I saw the basket it had Iris which was fine but a bright red bow was added to the basket. Unacceptable. Will not use this florist again.
