Second thing out of their mouth was "You really should of made an appointment, she then asks the front desk to take our information and she walked away"

My boyfriend had flowers sent to me for my birthday. They sent daisies and carnations. He knows I dislike daisies and carnations. At first I thought he sent them as a joke, but he said that is not what he ordered. When he called to tell them they sent the wrong flowers the lady he spoke to was quite rude and claimed they don't make mistakes and that he probably ordered the wrong thing. My boyfriend told them exactly what he ordered. They were supposed to be a basket of tulips with other types of flowers, not a vase full of daisies. The arrangement is alright... nothing special.
So guess what, we walked away.
Wasnt much of an experience, we walked in, were greeted and we mentioned we were looking into doing a wedding.
No we don't but you know your store is dead empty.
