I did have one small problem after we picked up the flowers. My sons single rose for his tux, died very quickly, and I was upset about it so I emailed them to express my regret. The owner was very understanding and got back to me right away. They even offered to refund the money for the flowers. I didn't want the money but I was glad to see an owner who cared so much, for me and that my son had a good time.
