I always rent from this office, it would be nice to see familiar faces when we go there, the team is always changing. They are still always pleasant and polite, and do the best to accommodate us; yet the last couple of time I rented a car I was not very pleased with the cars they gave me. the time before last the car was not very clean inside and was very uncomfortable, and the last time the car was not driving well. I suspect it was either a power of steering issue or an alignment. I had to have it exchanged at the Miami Airport where they gave me a Jeep Renegade and also added a navigator at no cost. they also gave me a $20 credit when I returned the vehicle as a kind gesture for the inconvenience which was a pleasant surprise. the young lady who helped us was very kind and respectful.
Generally, my experience was fine. However, I really didn't appreciate the $100 up charge. I reserved the cargo van a week earlier. When I went to pick it up, they mentioned that since the cargo van is considered a "commercial vehicle" my car insurance will not cover it. I didn't have time to call my insurance agent so I went ahead and purchased the $100 insurance, which I didn't need but I feared the "what if". They should have mentioned it when I reserved it.
They were VERY busy with all of the Hurricane Maria victums but covered it all with the whole team up front working. They got me and others in and out fast. I loved the great loaded out Chevy Suburban. GREAT TEAM WORK. THANK YOU
I am renting another vehicle tomorrow again, I hope it is going to be comfortable since I have a back problem and that it will not have any mechanical issue.I am still willing to give them a shot, since I have been renting from them for over 10 year and a couple a bad experiences should not determine my overall experience.
I dealt with Enterprise while having repairs done on my truck after being rear-ended. The staff there was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. They picked me up from the repair shop and dropped me back off when repairs were completed a week later. They worked in tandem with the repair shop as well as my insurance company and made the whole process run smoothly.
I have to say, Kristen was great!! I was a bit upset, calling over a week ahead, requesting a Mustang Conv. that I was willing to pay extra for, to get there, and find out the car was actually at a location 8 miles away, not where I made the reservation. My choices were, a Jeep Wrangler 4x4, Jeep Patriot, or a Chevy Cruise........ Had the same thing happen before, just at a different location. But again, Kristen was awesome to work with.
