Car rental experience I have ever had. Victor was amazing, he went above and beyond. Rented a Ford Explorer it was clean and drove like a a dream. Was taking my family to a hockey game in Tampa Bay he told me the best place to park and gave me great directions. Other companies should take note on what true customer service is. I called Hertz and they quoted me over $300 for the same type of car, talk about ripping off a tourist.. trust me save your time and just go to Budget you will get an amazing customer experience. THANKS AGAIN VICTOR!

I normally hate NON-corporate locations, but this one is so much better than even corporate. They are AMAZING!!! The service could not be better nor could the employees attitudes, these guys are who BUDGET should send people to for training in handling customers. It is so nice to work with a local person who is so good to work with. :)
Although our overall experience through a different budget location was terrible, this location was very helpful. Thank you helping us know what to do to remedy our situation! I highly recommend renting from this location.
