Helpful staff with great clean vehicles..
The gentleman that was at the counter was rude. I was over charged for a rental by a mistake made by one of their employees, and I still had to pay for it. The gentleman working there accused me of calling and changing my date because "there was no way they would have made that mistake" ! I've never felt so disrespected in my life. Not only was he calling me a lier, but made me look stupid in front of other customers ! I will never rent again from Avis and I will make it known that their customer service, both in store and their 1800 number is the worst I have ever dealt with. A pathetic excuse for a company!!!
Swapped a car there without any hassle. Got a new car 1 hour later and handed the old one in.
World Class service! I have rented vehicles from all over US and I must say this location is the BEST. I experienced World Class Service from pick up to drop off. The store manager Chris was polite and professional and catered to all me needs. The vehicle was clean and perfect conditions. If your in the area and need a rental, this is the Best Rental in town.
I have used Avis at this location several times now and I am always impressed with the efficiency in getting customers set and on their way quickly. I will use them again.
