We love this place and especially Dr. Cray. He's extremely caring and compassionate and the entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. Dr. Cray sent a really special card to us after we had our dog put to sleep. He handled the euthanasia wonderfully and gave our little old lady extra pets and treats before the procedure. He cares very much about his patients and their families. They are a very busy place and sometimes appointment times can be delayed but that's because they go above and beyond to help everyone with their pets! Definitely worth the wait in the end. I love their late hour options and that they allow payment plans. Definitely the best vet in the area.
We had an emergency with our little Kitty Gigi. We showed up near closing time at 9 pm (thank goodness they have late hours because the Vet we took her to initially...right up the street from me closes earlier). Dr. Cray came in and was so compassionate and loving about how Kitty felt. They absolutely proved by their actions that the health of Gigi and how she was doing was way more important to them than any financial gain. We will be going to this Vet office from now on. They have earned our business with the LOVE they show towards animals. Thanks Dr. Cray!!! YOU are the BEST ever and we LOVE you!!! How lucky are we that you moved to Cape Coral!!!
This place is amazing. My cat had a urinary blockage and was screaming in pain. We brought him to their office on Viscaya, where they gave him am exam and transferred him to the office on Del Prado. Everyone was urgent, professional, and caring. The bill was inexpensive and they helped save my baby boy. Forever grateful and will forever bring my babies here! 5 Stars!
This vet although great for price, the staff is very unpleasant. I dropped of a dog today and was asking the lady general question about the process of dropping off a stray. The lady was on her phone not listening and/or answer my questions. Then the other lady came back and when I told her if the dog had potential to put down she was like if you want him call lee county animal domestic services and tell them you want him. I told them if he was going to be put down I’ll take him back and they were like I don’t know what’s going to happen. The other lady wouldn’t look at me and was saying stuff under her breath about our conversation.
Great staff. Dr Davis was amazing. Had to bring my kitty and was upset. They took great care of us and Pepper. And didn't rip us off with cost on a Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend this place and also didn't let us wait long. Keep up the great work.
