We have been going to Dr. Elizabeth Smith at Baywood for the last 15 years. She and her staff have seen us through our Sophie's old age and declining health when we first moved here, Burt's fearful aggression and behavioral, medical and psychological problems until he ruptured his back and went over the Rainbow Bridge in March 2017 and now our Buddy--all three rescues. She sets the caring, loving, patient oriented tone in the office with all the staff We love her and have recommended her Veterinary Clinic numerous times to other pet owners. We wouldn't think of taking our beloved pets ANYwhere else. She and so many of her staff and techs have become like family to us and we entrust the health, welfare and care of our furbabies to their excellent care. Long before she opened the boarding facility next door, we had our pets boarded there. We are thrilled she has added grooming and boarding capacities. We just love everything about Baywood Veterinary and you will too
BAYWOOD is by far the best veterinarians office I have been to in years. They are very professional and friendly. The office and exam rooms are very clean. This is very important to me. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
We could not have been more impressed with the attention paid to us even this was our first visit. Not only was the vet very through in telling us what to do and what to expect with our new puppy, the front office staff was equally as professional.
BTW, our 9 week old Havanese was the hit of the office.
I've brought 2 out of the 3 dogs I have so far, and I am very pleased with their Hospital so far. I bring my puppy there in nest week for his boosters and I am sure it will be just as pleasant an experience, It is a smaller place,which is nice. It's clean and not chaotic and the staff is sincere and nice as well.
Moved to Cape Coral recently from Illinois. The doctor, assistant and staff couldn't have been better. Made me feel comfortable right from making the appointment! The doctor was great with Charlie and answered all of my questions. I have already recommended them to two friends.
