First time going to this clinic and I must say they are awesome. The moment you walk in the staff is friendly and welcoming. You can tell that everyone there loves their job and loves animals . Highly recommend this place. Dr. Emily is awesome!
The staff is friendly, inviting, and all around awesome at every point of service when you go. They want what's best for you & your animals. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else. I want the best for my animals, and this is the best it gets!
I have always had nothing but a pleasant experience at this place. The Doctors seriously care about the animals and do not rip you off and bring you around the ringer. I thought I had an emergency appointment today and they fit me right in (turns out my dog is dramatic). I highly recommend this vet. I have been referred to another vet in Cape Coral that had great reviews and it was a horrible experience. Not the case with East-West! Thanks to all the staff!
Dr Brown and company took wonderful care of my Skeeter during the last months of her time with us. I am so thankful for the care and kindness they showed us to make sure she was comfortable and able to enjoy a good quality of life right up until the day she left us.
When our chocolate lab swallowed a shaving razor we needed to rush him to the vet but it was Sunday ! We couldn't find a vet office open anywhere! But they are open seven days a week the hours are perfect ! We loved them so much we transferred all of our pets to them! Then our little girl got pregnant with her first litter ! Everything was perfect and every time we had a worry they fit us right in no hesitation and they work so hard!!!! They made Gemma and us so confident !!! These folks are so awesome, caring, laid back, and so much knowledge! I've been around this scene my entire life, my Mom is a dog breeder and a Vet Tech! Being around these folks helped me actually change my career path and now I'm studying to become a Vet Tech!!!! I recomend them highly! They offer so much and the prices are great and they accept care credit !!!
