I had terrible service today in the deli department. I was trying to get some cooked food and the young man working in that station said he would be with me in a minute and then proceeded to ignore me for over 10 minutes and then walked away. Obviously didnt care about customers. Another female saw what happened and helped me with my order. That kid should be fired! Sorry but his attitude was horrible. Done shopping there.
False advertisements at this store.
This is the best Publix in the area. Super friendly staff, good with kids, will help you find anything you need and great selection. Hot counter, deli, butcher and baker available.
I called before driving to this location only to be deceived.
This Publix is horrible. The Customer service is not up to the Publix standard. I have had nothing but negative experiences shopping here. Nobody greets the customers..even the managers walk right past us. A produce employee looked dead at me twice asking other customers where the juice boxes were located..He just went back to his stocking, ignoring my frustration. Same treatment in Seafood. Nobody seems happy to be there, and it deepky affects the way that store is managed. The same stock clerk has been unbelievably rude on two different occasions, making us move her heavy cart while trying to find our product..she looked dead at us trying to move that cart, went back to stocking, and I couldn't believe we were in publix. I asked the same person a couple months later,where sodas could be found in the store, and she literally said.."I don't know..I guess between isle 2 and 10"...um..NO, that is hardly how a Publix employee treats customers. The store lay out makes NO SENSE, and it makes finding things ridiculous. I will shop at other Publix locations..not this one.
Beutiful clean and the assoicate was courteous polite very helpful and there quality of meats and bread excellent
I asked for tuna sushi and the seafood associate said they don't do any fish sushi on Wednesdays because it's $5 sushi on Wednesdays, only imitation crab.
