I love Publix. I love the old fashioned courtesy, kindness and helpfulness from employees. I hope they keep this policy as part of their training program forever. Today was a very good example. My boyfriend and I went in to pick up a couple of things. There was the thunderstorm going on and the lights went out inside the store. This the store manager I wish I remembered his name helped us find something that we needed as we couldn't see very well all three of us were using our lights from our cell phones we found the product that we needed and moved on. After we checked out we were headed out the door and saw that it was pouring down rain the young man that was bagging for us offered us a very large umbrella I went and got my car and pulled up so they could put the groceries in the car the young man was very very nice and polite. And don't see that too much anymore nowadays. My boyfriend and I were very pleased. Five stars for this wonderful grocery store.

Always a pleasure shopping at this Publix. The managerial staff is always friendly. All the employees no matter what department are very personable. Sam, or Samantha at the customer service desk is GREAT!
The staff at this store is fantastic! We arrived with very little time to shop as we had a ferry to catch. We were able to make our way around the store getting most of what we needed...we are taking super market sweep here. We came upon Sabrina's check out and she called in reinforcements to help get everything bagged and packed for us. I believe the store manager even came to help. Thank you so much for all you did. We know that you are all getting back on track after the storm...we appreciate that you were so helpful. Thanks again!
The deli staff, while most are courteous, a few are very unpleasant & give extreme attitude while waiting on customers. I avoid this deli now, would rather go to another store. The subs that used to be excellent & well made, are now just thrown together. My last sub had the filling on only 3/4 of the roll leaving 1/4 of my roll dry & empty! I shared it with someone, so I only got to eat 1/4 of a sub that day. I paid full price though! Every time I order sliced cheese w/paper between, they tell me the cheese doesn't stick anyway & try to talk me out of it. Lazy! Overall, the entire store is great. Get new deli staff & train them to Publix excellent standards!!
