Outstanding would be the description of the service I have received from this agency. Mandi caba has made my dealings enjoyable and understandable and has gotten me through the bureaucracy that insurance has become. I would probably have left state farm after 40yrs if it wasn't for her efforts
Just when I thought things were bad.. they went to worse. Purchased a new vehicle.. got quoted the wrong rate. Had to call 5 times to get an insurance card and then I find out they never changed my insurance over to my new vehicle. I finally switched Agents. The staff kept dropping the ball. Ive been with State Farm since I was 16. I have never lost my trust in them until now. I finally changed Agents and hopefully things will get better. Tim... I thought you were going to take care of my concerns after our conversation. You did not. I dont know what is wrong over there but things have gone seriously downhill in the last few months.
