Tracy, with Progressive, was super! She found our policy, called TowBoat USA and said she would call us back in 30 minutes to make sure they had arrived. She did that and then called another 30 minutes later to see if we had made it back to the marina safely.
TowBoat USA had me sign the paperwork, did not ask for payment and sent us on our way.
