Told me they don't accept my insurance, and hung up on me.
We were in FL on vacation and on the 2nd day here, my husband lost 2 crowns. Dr Palmer is in our dental plan, and they offered us an apt the next day. The office staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr Palmer was great. My husband lost a 3rd crown a week later, and they offered an apt the same day I called. This could have ruined our trip, but Dr Palmer saved the day.
Dr Shierling is a GREAT dentist. I have always had fear of dentist and when I moved here I was scared I wouldn't find a good one. I've been to Dr. Shierling about 6 times now, and every experience has been awesome.
Didn't even get a chance to come in.
The woman i talked to was extremely rude.
