Campbell Roofing was on time and very thorough with the work and went beyond what was originally quoted, at no additional charge, to insure the roof was done right given the extreme conditions it would be subject to on Sanibel Island. Everything looks great and I feel confident I'll get many more years from my aging roof as a result of their work.
I had a reroof in June, paying over 17,000. During the reroof I have had multiple leaks and damage. Promise after promise from many “supervisors “ claiming my water damaged cabinets and countertops from their mistakes would be replaced and nothing has been accomplished. Call and call and told the owner will call me and look into this and nothing! I strongly suggest using a different company! They do not care about The costumer! They didn’t clean up afterwards, we cleaned up all the nails and debris, not to mention all the coke cans, and wrappers. Highly disgusted as they came in $5,000 higher than Roman roofing.
Had several companies come quote flat roof project but Campbell was the only one who took the time to go the extra mile to be certain the right product was used. My salesman, Paul, went so far as to have the manufacturer's rep come see the jobsite to be certain it would get a full manufacturer warranty once applied. None of the other companies even bothered to follow up after the initial quote and some even outright misrepresented the same products warranty!
This family understands ethics and quality. They do not compromise with materials or labor. Very very reliable.
We recently had some roof touch-up from Campbell Roofing and we couldn't be happier. The technician Mr. Baez was polite, well-spoken and very helpful with his suggestions (which we ultimately went with). Highly recommend!
