I have been recommending this company since 2009. After their best employee left, Paul, I've had the displeasure of dealing with the owner. After making 4 payments on my roof job, and staying in contact with "Dave" and REFERRING them a commercial roofing job of 4 buildings that they simply didn't care to bid on or respond - due to a small balance owed on my own personal roof job due to unforeseen circumstances. Not only does he "lien" my property, but has the audacity to call me a "con artist". Wait, it gets better, he then calls me to threaten to deposit a check given in April (final payment) which he had promised to hold, to then THREATEN TO file a report for a fraudulent check, AFTER DEPOSITING without my authorization the check on hold. Well, God is greater. Your evil deeds will and did not work. Also, LOOK at what they wrote on the invoice: "This woman needs to be nagged and visited after 5 pm" - very professional. Very courteous. I've seen your reviews on Google and it speaks volumes of your person.

The best roofing company around!! I am a realtor and use Affordable Roofing (the real Affordable Roofing) for all of my roofs and I refer them to all of my clients. From start to finish Affordable Roofing is a pleasure to do business with. The girls in the office are delightful and knowledgeable. The Estimators are very professional and educated. The crews on the job are the best in town. Everything is done in a timely manner from start to finish. I will always use Affordable mostly because the owner is a stand up guy who has stood behind his work for 20+ years. Thank you Affordable Roofing for all your hard work
Problem that caused leak on original roof no corrected when re roof done. Leak caused damage to drywall. They fixed leak and installed proper flashing at no charge. Workers said that they have a drywall guy that would fix damage. When I contacted office I was told my request sent to service crew. Weeks passed, Four calls to them and each time they said issue sent to service dept. still no action. On fifth call, woman with attitude said they don't repair drywall and problem is fault of my builder. Are you kidding me? She gave my number to boss, JOHN. No response from him as well. Very poor customer service.

Affordable put a nice looking roof on our House . i will be flipping homes and will be using them again in the future. they met the agreements and finished in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the work crew who installed the roofing . they were very fast and did a quality job.
Very bad experience. Work was done, roof was leaking, called to come back and repair. Took forever, still not done.
management needs to improve or i would give 5 stars.
