woman that answered phone was very rude. i asked for mike and she hung up on me and every time i called back would pick up and hang up. then blocked me. she had no clue who i was. i had spoken with mike the day before and he asked me to call back. if the person who answers the phone is the one representing the company then i would not choose this one
