We used Frank and Sons to move us and they were THE BEST!! When we had to move again, they were already booked up for the day we were moving, so, we had to use another company. Boy, did we miss Frank and Son.... This other company ripped us off !

After living in Cape Coral since 1978 and our current home since 2000, we made the decision to move closer to family. Needless to say the stress level was right up there. We called Frank and Sons Moving after speaking with friends who used them for local moves and highly recommended them. From the first appointment with Donna, estimator, to speaking with Robin ( answered all my questions!) to our actual moving day, we were in good hands.
Can't say enough about the crew and the care they took packing our possessions. Not one broken item!!! They showed up on time for packing and loading. They were efficient and courteous, a very nice group of guys.
I'll NEVER make that mistake again.

We chose to use Frank and Son's based on the earlier reviews and we are so glad we did. Having moved several times, we are familiar with the potential hassles that can arise and we can honestly say this move was completely "hassle-free". Every one, from the gentlemen who loaded our belongings to the office staff, have been courteous, professional and efficient. When you added to that a very reasonable and competitive price, this became one of the best decisions that we have made. We would gladly recommend this firm to anyone for either their moving and/or storage needs.
Highly recommended. Frank and Sons did a short move for us -- about 25 miles. They were prompt, efficient, and really well-priced. We had three movers helping to unload the truck; the entire process took all of about four hours -- and the good-natured guys somehow actually made moving fun (I know, amazing!) I'd definitely use them again!
I truly wish this move went better. We referred by a friend and had an awful customer service issue. We were told there was a 3 hour minimum and a $15 mileage charge. The guys completed the job in 3 hours. To my understand that would make the total $330. Unfortunately Donna was incredibly rude to me and insisted that she's been doing this job for 30+ years and she guaranteed me that she told us about the extra hour drive time charge. My total w/ tax was almost $460. I'm so upset because she refused to reimburse us. I told her that I did NOT want to have to write a negative review, or report their company to the BBB. She said "I don't care, do it! Don't call here again, I'm not reimbursing you". The owner is out of the office today. I'm waiting to be in touch with him to voice my frustrations :(
