Since I arrived here from New York several months ago, I've seen nothing but the best officers on earth here .. they all say hello and are social . They speak to you like a human being and treat you equal .. the kindness I experienced in 2 altercations were almost like a dream compared to N.Y. and N.J .. mind you , most police are good not bad .. but the amount of good here in the Cape makes this department very special . This is a place where a Cop is still a hero to kids and adults like myself .. I'm very proud to be a part of this town and it's honor . Thank you Cape Coral police for your services and thank you for your choice of officers you allow on your force . The world would be a better place if all towns were like this .. I hope all of you stay safe on your journey .thank you again !!!
I can't even give the Cape Coral Police a whole-hearted One Star. The impact of the lack of Crisis Intervention Training and empathy exhibited by Duffy, Wagner, Coons and Rodriguez has traumatized my son and my household for some time to come. I will Never hold the CC Police in high regard, as I have in the past, Ever Again. Shameful.
Super rude officers, my teenage days were spent horrified to see how atrocious cops down here are. They don't even deserve 1 star, theirs barely any crimes committed here due to this being a retirement town so they'll take it among themselves to bring their spitefulness out on everyone they deal with.
You are suppose to serve and protect in God we trust..your sergeant just through that all away when he didn't let me tell my side of the story..but instead he verbally attacked me!!! And you wonder why people hate cops!! He needs anger management and his badge taken away if he doesn't want to help people or listen!!!
