I have been dealing with Zak's since I moved here sixteen years ago and I find them to be very helpful and honest.After I recently brought in a bracelet for a new clasp to make it easier to put on Diane called and told me it was ready for pick up. About an hour later she called back to tell they were redoing it because Allison did not like the clasp I pick out saying that it still would be hard to manage on my own. when I went to pick it up, I was extremely happy with the choice she made for me and even though the new clasp was much bigger and weighed more in gold she told me there would not be any additional charges. That is customer service. And since it was a medical bracelet they made sure to have it done for me right away.
