So basically Robert Garcia Jewelry cannot replace a simple battery and even uses the wrong batteries. Very incompetent service. NEVER TAKE A WATCH TO THIS STORE. I feel the Seiko was damaged by him as well but cannot be sure, even though it was working digitally when I took it in.
Robert made a name bracelet for me that all I get is compliments about it. He is the real deal. Great man
I took my wedding ring to fix two prongs after the main diamond on it had fallen out, they did an amazing job... cleaned and polished it at no extra charge! Thank you for GREAT customer service and prompt assistance!!!
I took 3 watches in for battery replacement. Two were less then 3 years old and had never been opened until they were opened here, and the 3rd was older and the battery had been replaced once since I owned it. After changing all three batteries I was told that all the watches were bad. I thought this was suspicious so I said something and was told it happens. I said maybe problems with one but not all three. One of the watches was a dual digital/analog watch and the digital was working with the correct time and date when I took it in. But none worked when I left. I paid him for the 3 batteries and decided to go somewhere else. I went to Time Shop and two of the watches were working when I left, one using the battery given to me here. The other two watches had the wrong batteries which were corrected at Time Shop. The digital/analog would not work and I was told it would need to be sent to Seiko.
This place sucks!! They are thieves and liars and the whole thing is a scam. Bought a ring for $800 and the diamonds are falling off, the silver is turning rusty. I doubt the ring is even real! I should sue their ass. Do NOT shop here. Take your money elsewhere.
