Amazing store! Great staff, great stock, & a clean classy well organized environment. I recommend Kohl's to anyone! Also they are great if you want to start building credit as they offer a store card that just about anyone can get.
The store staff at Kohl's in Cape Coral is just wonderful. I wish I could say the same for the customer service when I need help over the phone using their toll free number. Make no mistake about. The Cape Coral store and staff are always helpful and provide wonderful customer service.

During insane shopping times of Thanksgiving eve and Black Friday there was a clean and organized chaos. The sales were easy to find, plentiful, even the door busters! The staff was friendly and very helpful, eager to please and very, very considerate. They all went out of their ways to help everyone! Easy to get around, even in my wheelchair. Long line at checkout but with the staff stationed at certain strategic points it was all made fair and no one was able to cut the line. Went surprisingly fast and everyone in line was in good spirits . Great deals and discounts upon discounts was available. Shoppers were curteous and no problems arose. I was very impressed with how the Cape Coral Kohls store was ready, we'll prepared, organized, relaxed , confident and proficient during (the most shoppinest day of the year). 5 stars and Kudos to the cheerful workers and managers. It was a pleasure to shop there!!!
