10 minutes go by, and the woman continues to frantically bang on my watch, and I notice she begins to panic. She then begins to call for help over the walkie, and begins to look on the ground for a missing link.... FINALLY the specialized watch employee comes over and exclaims to the other worker: WHY ARE YOU BACK HERE? YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE TOUCHING THE WATCHES! The woman who was banging on the watch explained that she "tried" to fix it herself but couldn't find the missing link that dropped on the floor. - Long story short - this unqualified woman ended up breaking my BRAND NEW watch.
The next thing I know, I hear extremely loud banging coming from the jewelry counter and I look up to see the same person who greeted me, attempting to take apart my watch for sizing. What concerned my was the extremely loud and harsh banging she was applying to my watch - which shouldn't require THAT much force to remove a simple link....
Used to have a 5 star for them. Called in a couple minutes before close to see about tomorrow's $10/10 coupon give away if they had it. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on. Super unprofessional.
Awful experience I would not recommend ANYONE to go to their jewelry counter.
NEVER buy jewelry from here overpriced and garbage horrible quality! Won't even last a year and they won't fix it! You could spend thousands elsewhere and get a ring that will last over a year! Horrible customer service, they tell us to go to the Edison Mall in ft Myers, then when we get there they can't do anything for us then tells us to go to cape coral see if they can help then come back to ft Myers if they can't to see if they can help. Really? Send us all over town. The ring is a joke and a waste of money!
In the end the manager apologized profusely and gave me my money back. I ended up going in with my watch thinking it would be a simple resize, only to leave empty handed with cash in my pocket...
Awful Experience - I went to go and get my watch sized at the jewelry counter. I was greeted by a woman and I explained that my husband had bought me a watch from here, and I just need a simple sizing. She told me that she would call the specialized watch employee so that she could size my watch for me - so I walked away and began browsing other jewelry at the counter.
Favorite store to shop in. I always find great prices and great buys.
Merchandise was easy to find and very well labeled. The clerk also helped me to find a coupon to save some money on purchase. Only downside was how pushy they were for the credit card. Even though I declined quite a few times, they continued to bring it up even after I paid with a different card. Other than that, a great trip
