Lovely, clean environment. Modern with nice touches of natural, rustic, industrial finishes. Great stylists and cuts. Fantastic selection of haircare products and Eminence luxury cosmetics (the mineral sunscreen dispenser brush is a must for Florida! Can't wait for my next visit!
I I have been using this place since the doors have opened. Lately I have had numerous problems with the customer service there. The girls up front make promises that they never follow through with. It's very sad because the owner and the original girl are great people. I for one have had one too many problems to continue to go there. If you don't have one of the top stylists your hair will be done horribly I speak from experience. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service this Salon is providing
I'm never letting them touch my hair again. And I WILL NEVER go to them again.
Not a good first impression on prospective client and because of this, I will not be returning.
Hell no!?
I was excited to try this salon out. I called and I was able to get a consultation for hair extensions, the same day. The atmosphere is nice and the wait once I arrived was not long. After the consultation, I was asked to give her a day or so, so she could contact the company she gets the extensions from. I was fine with that. I have tried to follow up with her now twice. I left a message with the receptionist (who said she was there and would call me back before closing) but have yet to receive any response back and it has been a week.
They have a great hair specialist named Jamie! She listens to what your hair needs and wants and completes the job in good time.
I am also getting all of my money back.
Then the managers ask to "fix it for free"
Came in with a bleached head, asking for a platinum color correction. Made VERY clear that I wanted platinum blonde, that I was starting out with medium blonde. That I only had 2 hours until I had class. They said that was fine. For over 4 hours, she burnt my head with the blow dryer and then DYES IT BLACK, my previous color from months before. After I JUST spent all the effort bleaching it. I payed $200 to have a hairstylist who was told to do a platinum blonde COLOR CORRECT and she dyed me BLACK instead!? Didn't get a complimentary cut or blow dry.
I walked out crying, broke and EXTREMELY unhappy.
