Bank has great rates with no strings attached like adding a checking account with an enormous balance! I wondered why they do not advertise more because their rates are better than competitive! I am a rate chaser and am glad that I caught this one. Personnel are very friendly...reminds me of the good ole days!
I love the Cape location, the manager, employees (Josh especially) are more than helpful. CD rates aren't great, but where can you get personal attention these days when you have just a little money?
They have bad CD rates. They have very poor customer service. I have seen them treat their employees very poorly and the manager at the Cape location is useless. I have watch that manager sit in her office playing on her cell phone while there are customers waiting in line for help and god forbid anyone knows how to answer the phone properly. I would never bank here!
