The staff here is friendly, but more importantly, helpful. I used to live nearby, but now I live 25 miles away. I still go here to do my banking. I really like Becky and the rest of the staff.
Opened an acct because my paycheck is a BOA check.in the month i have had the acct they have made it absolutely terrible with automated service messages of my acct being locked and holding checks randomly. They cant even cash their own checks without screwing up my acct. Stay away from this bank at all costs.
STAY FAR AWAY from Bank of America i have been a long time customer over 25 years since my parents opened an account when i was under 18 and let me tell you they are scam artists and have no heart they will steal from anyone i paid i bill on the day it was due and had a screenshot with a time stamp as proof and they told me " It does not matter when you initiate a payment all that matters is when we post it to your account" then they post it a day late and charge you a late fee
