I spoke with Jennifer about 2-3 weeks before our trip was scheduled. We had no problem reserving a boat and she spent ample time with me on the phone explaining the process. She asked questions about what/where we would take the boat and she gave us a TON of maps, lists of places that were great to go to. She told us to get there 30 minutes early but we just couldn't get out of the house in time. We didn't have to wait too long but BHR gets their money's worth from her. She runs that front area for rentals, whether you are picking it up or bringing it back. She's the one who gets the customer taken care of. We rented the Hurricane 2200 deck boat. It was brand new and beautiful! We did not have a single problem with the boat and we enjoyed 3 whole days of sun, shelling and cruising. If we ever vacation in Cape Coral again, we would definitely rent from The Boat House Boat Rental!
I stopped in the office with a few questions, not knowing if I was going to rent a boat or not. Jennifer explained the entire process and gave a list of places to eat that were accessible by boat. I walked out with a reservation for the 20' Hurricane 201 for the next day. The next morning, the boat was in the water and ready to go. All the paperwork was already filled out too. Susan went through the paperwork with me and we went through the checklist on the boat together. Everything was in working order and the boat performed flawlessly. We couldn't have been happier! We will definitely rent from The Boat House again!
This is a great place. We had very hard and multiple issues with our Cobalt boat. They stood behind their warranty and worked hard to get the problems solved. Thank you to Andy & Steve (service dept. & Mechanic).
