Your company had control over the entire situation. Gator Drain made us wait a week, but you didn't say "NO" last week did you?! Gator Drain wanted the service call, but not the repair. After a week of waiting with no water, your guy came out for 15 minutes and took pictures and said it needed to be replaced. I found out the next day that he didn't even submit the pictures for replacement to American Home shield, but you did get paid for the service call. Gator drain dropped us as a customer, because you didn't have time for us. I called and checked.
Gator plumbing got sent out to my property and after their own licensed plumber came out and all he was asked of was to hook up the plumbing in under my sink - I had just renovated my entire bathroom which is why I needed the plumbing under my sink hooked up. When he left they charge me for three hours when the work took him about 30 minutes. Then when I woke up the next morning my entire bathroom and hallway it was about flooded with 2 inches of water because of the poor work that he did. I contacted the company after this terrible experience and they refused to give me a refund and handled it with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Now I have to go through my lawyer to try to get this company to reimburse me for all the damages they caused. I I am writing this review because I do not want one more person to experience the terrible experience I went through after having to deal with this company.
This team of people had a very challenging project here for me and they are doing a GREAT job so far! I'm pleased with everyone working on pulling my project together! I highly recommend them!
I'm sure AHS will take care of us, but thanks for leaving our family without water in the meantime!
Mrs. Irma had nothing to do with this. If you didn't have time for us, then you should have said "NO" last week instead of having us hanging around waiting on your company with no water.
Someone else said it best, if I could give them 0 stars I would! Their business hours say open 24hrs but it takes 24 hrs to get a call back. Then they push you off till the following week at which they don't even show up!!! But don't worry they will call you an hour after your appointment time to let you know their not coming. They aren't concerned about your inconvenience though. They'll put you off another couple days. What a joke. Oh no I don't have the wrong company like you suggested. The name Grant Plant is my Google name and that's what automatically gets inserted when I do a review on here. Nope your company is responsible no one else.
I highly recommend this company. Employees are polite and helpful, they came to my house right away and did a great job. I am completely satisfied with the work they did. Thank you Gator Drain and Plumbing. Jim H
