Both were very professional and the facility was clean and very well kept. Horrible customer service. Lady at the front desk was rude and she seemed to be very racist against people not of a darker skin tone. She was void of all human emotion and couldn't work the computer. When asked to have the manager call me she said she didn't know when she would be in after just telling me she'd be there in a few minutes.
