Went in yesterday around 2:30 to grab a sub for work. Walked in and there were 2 customers in the dining area and 3 employees behind the counter. I stood at the counter waiting to order for 3 minutes and was never acknowledged. I'd understand if they were in the weeds or the such, but there was no one else in line, just me waiting . I work in customer service and even when I'm in the weeds I still acknowledge every person who steps through the door, not ignore them.
Great subs! Sadly the NFL was on the TV by corporate orders. We won't be going back. My dad was a retired fireman, my brother and nephew are. They would never stand by taking a knee....
The staff here is great! Very accommodating. One staff member learned my name before I even left. My first time at this location, and I didn't even have a conversation with her.
I got the New York Steamer and it was excellent! Tasted great and fresh. Thanks for the hospitality.
I have a mild addiction to Firehouse. I love their subs (that ham, tho), salads and chili. I had an issue with my points and even their customer service is wonderful. I literally have nothing negative to say about them!
