Twice I set up a phone consultation and twice I was stood up. No one ever called me at all. Not even to apologize... if they can't keep their promises from the beginning then what should you expect later.
AFTER this review I get a phone call from the lawyer saying the number was wrong?! It would have been better to just apologize and see if there is any way you can make a customer feel better about the experience than to lie to them in my opinion.
The response to my review is even more upsetting... the first time I was stood up I called back later to find out what happened. The secretary was very apologetic. She said there weren't notes put into the system telling a lawyer to call me, but promised that the managing lawyer would call me Friday morning and double checked my number at that point reading it back to me. And of course I never got a phone call after waiting Friday morning.

Amazing experience! Seeing it from an outsider looking in, Matt Irwin and his staff's professionalism, transparency & authentic interest in what's best for not only the client but most importantly the kids was truly a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for a WIN!! We went in the initial consult feeling defeated but after the initial meeting with Matt, we left feeling that we were in good hands and were very optimistic. Our attorney was very knowledgeable, professional and answered any questions/concerns that we had in a very timely manner.
