Laundromat was clean and machines worked well. The staff was outstanding. I was clueless about using the card, but she took the time to help me out. I also saw her helping others with the machines and even helped a patron with the soda vending machine.
Came here to wash my sleeping bag and Angelica was super nice and courteous. Helped me get setup on their card system and explained everything thoroughly. When she wasn't helping someone, she was racing around the place working. The inside was clean and proper. Will come back here again when I need it.

I come here every week for drop off services. Very clean, quick and organized. The staff is extremely friendly, most of them know me at this point. But there is one lady there; shorter women with brown hair who ALWAYS has an attitude with me. I was in a car accident and lost my ticket, I tried to explain it to her and she rolled her eyes at me & shrugged me off. Another person who worked there knew exactly who I was and helped me immediately. But other than her I am extremely satisfied.
Most machines are down, and you need to purchase a $3 access card and then add funds on top of that to use a machine. (Which is VERY USLESS if you only come to here when your machine at home is down or are just in the area) They say you get the $3 back for your card but only if the card balance is zero and not to mention the prices are higher than the other laundromats in the city for washing and laundry drop off. Maybe going to a cash system would help bring/keep more customers!
