I had a wonderful experience. The stylist (Crissy) was with only one other worker one Saturday night. I came in not knowing what I wanted, just knew I needed a change. She did a (drastic) amazing cut with confidence that i would have never picked for myself. In love with the cut. I called to get an appointment with her, but I was disappointed to be told by the girl on the phone trying to schedule me with someone else. I asked when she was there, went back and she gave me a new color.

My hair is falling out in chunks. Well I' am a licensed cosmetologist at a Hair Cuttery in New Jersey. I recently moved to Cape Coral. I decided to give Dee a chance so I can relax and get a highlight and trim for my birthday. After I paid 200$ I realized my ends felt terrible. I figured it was do to it being straightened. Anyways, I washed my hair a few days later, I began to notice that my hair was falling out in chunks and sections. I also noticed my hair would no longer curl or scrunch. I could barely run my fingers through my hair without bunches of it coming out. I went to get it checked and I was told that Dee(the stylist) put bleach that was not suppose to go under the dryer, under the dryer and in return caused my hair to loose its curl and break off. As a cosmetologist I know that it is ILLEGAL to not follow manufactures instructions, yet she is still doing hair there. At Del Prado they had to cut another 4 inches off my hair so that it wouldn't look terrible. The color and highlights I got turned grey and now my hair also wont accept color. Now the curly hair I had is short, thin, grey, and falling out constantly. I would not recommend Dee to my worst enemy.
I have went to many salons in the area. I've frequented top of the line salons and have found that Allie at Hair Cuttery is the BEST! I always leave feeling like I have the best cut, color, and highlights! I highly recommend!
I would recommend this store and Crissy. She also sold me the best products for my hair along with brush and guided me on how to wash and treat my hair after.
When in doubt GO TO ASH!!! She has always been a great stylist and I'd my go to at all times
