Everybody very helpful and very informative about all we need and where the things are they were very very helpful through this whole situation that is very scary at the moment but we will get through it and I trust BJ's does a great job and supplying everybody and keeping us informed of things that are coming and what we need to be prepared for thank you very much God bless & be safe
Prices are good and nice variety of products. Only beef would be with the ladies at the door when you leave. Only one has ever been friendly, and I haven't seen her in a while. Heaven forbid you have two orders in one cart! I renewed my membership at the register, and the lady tried to tell me I didn't have enough items...and very rudely at that!
Why bother paying to be a member at a "wholesale place" such as this. I paid the money to become a member in hopes of saving some money from my weekly groceries. Lots of items in my cart are actually cheaper at the local Wal Mart. While i was placing my items in the cart i had Wal Mart shopping open on my phone and looking at the EXACT product, many times the Wal Mart's item was iether the same price, a few cents cheaper, or sometimes up to a dollar cheaper. Items like shampoo or bodywash are by far cheaper to buy at wal mart. And keep in mind they are the same product brands and same size and all. I believe they price match but there is almost no point in going through the hastle if my whole cart needs to be price matched. I shouldnt have to because i paid $45 to shop here. Shouldnt i be saving money? What am i paying for?
Went in to get the trial membership with the coupon. Did this once several years ago and told them I had rather than lying when asked. The person was really rude about it and it's one per family so my husband couldn't sign up. Was thinking maybe they had changed and had reasons to entice me to buy a membership. Instead the clerk was rude and the place is run down. Seems like they would want any sale they could get. Obviously not. I will NEVER go back.
Very good place to shop. Occasionally they offer coupons for items they no longer carry, which is frustrating. Overall, very nice associates, shelves are well stocked.
