My mattress was warrantied due to defect. I wanted the same mattress and because the price was now different (same thing ) I had to pay the difference. What if I could not afford more money. It's not my fault the mattress was defective. This is not a true manufacture warrantee they treat it like an exchange ( to boost the daily sales numbers I know the game). I had no choice had to pay or pay for a whole new one. To add to it. The account that was used to buy this bed was paid off and closed, but in order to get my "warrantee" they stated they had to run my credit and open a new account ( CAN YOU SAY SCAMMMM). If I did not they would not give me my new bed!!! This was my last purchase from this low class business. They treat the customer like trash except for Maria (love her) DO NOT BUY A BED OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM HERE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. The only reason I give a star is because the gentleman that came to my house to do the inspection was very nice and professional. Badcock customer service was a bigger joke. NO One IN THIS COMPANY WILL HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE!!! So Please do try to write a comment below and say you will see what you can do if I call your 800 # because I did that and YOUR PEOPLE THERE SUCK TOO!
This location I have made several purchases from, it's my least favorite location. I have been trying to get a price from management including GM for over a week for a king size mattress that is in their markdown area. They give me a price of $1300 which is higher than what you can special order a brand new one for. Poor customer service from a lazy manager that doesn't want to help a customer. The manager has emailed the GM once and says he will be in the store on 7/19 sure I want to wait another week for you to get prices on what you are trying to sell!
Just bought a gas grill/smoker combination, the sales associate was fantastic, asked if it was on sale, gave us the pre-black Friday sale, walked out with a good package deal, with $200 off, and lowered our payments $10 less. Great store!
