All staff was very friendly and courteous and answered all questions we had and very fast to respond to emails. The owner was very friendly during our initial conversation. I would defiantly recommend and we even called the contact at the police department to tell them we had a great experience with them.
All I can say it is that is Mullins Memorial Funeral home is the best and most companionate funeral home in the lee county area. I never felt pressure to buy an expensive option, they were genuinely caring. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ericka in the Cape Coral office and I felt like she was a family member. I also spoke with Mr Mullins, he was very professional and caring. I was told all the steps and timeframes, and they delivered the ashes within 7 days even before they promised them. I am glad I chose them. Of course we have choices, there are companies that charge more and less but if you appreciate customer service, don't look any further. Great team of professionals.
