Nice atmosphere but I ordered an omelet with corned beef hash sausage and cheddar cheese in it when it arrived it was a very small omelette I usually expect to get a 3 egg omelette, and there was next to no cheese or corned beef hash in it. I just felt it was a little overpriced for what it was. Taste was still good though
Totally different experience this time. Last time I reviewed this place our server was Laura and to be fair it was after the breakfast rush. Sadly this Sunday the service was a totally different experience. Was a place I was going to call one of my regular breakfast places to eat. Great food and recently discovered this place and ate here about five times so far. I have my parents in town and wanted to take them there, but this morning my daughter who drove separately (going straight to work after breakfast) went in first to grab a seat for 5. My remaining family was in the car behind her and got stuck at a light and had to park so we were maybe two minutes behind. The hostess (supervisor) told my daughter she could not seat her until the entire party was there. I can understand this to a point but really " their right behind me" doesn't count? My daughter repeated that we were right behind her but her grandma has a hard time walking so it's going to take a minute. So she sat a party of five that came in behind my daughter. When I confronted the supervisor she stated my daughter was rude and was lying and never said we were parking the vehicle that we drove separately in. Wow really? Customer service at its best!
Best restaurant we've been to service and food! Id give it 5 stars because there isn't 6 or more
The reviews are very good for the Hart & Soul. The staff are all amazing and kind. The food however was average at best. I had a (special) the Mexican omelette. I found it to be bland. there was a couple behind us whom were also first time visitors. I am not sure the full details but she was forced to choose something different from the menu. I will say that
because of the great reviews given by others, I would try the place again if it were not a drive.
I have only eaten here one time so far, but it was perfect. Staff is super friendly. The food was great. I will definitely go back.
