Not even in the same league as the Head Pins on Daniels. I actually had to say 'umm hello?' to the girl behind the counter BC we were standing there for over a minute while she texted on her phone without even acknowledging us.
Would I have given it higher, sure. On the same token too, I do not need attitude and feeling like it is my fault when I had nothing to do with the balls not coming back. It was very clean and we did enjoy everything else outside of our interaction.
I don't think we will visit again.
1st time going. Attended a birthday party. Overseen how attentive they were to the needs of the party and made it a great time! The kids and even the adults had a wonderful time. So much to do in the game room, and the bowling was one of the best lanes I've been too. To my surprise the food wasn't too dang bad either. Will definitely be going again, and also consider a party of our own there.
Great place to go to have some fun bowling or playing in there arcade. The people are generally nice and there cheese fries are the bomb! There a little on the pricey side if you start ordering food but for a good date night that you want to end in smiles its worth it
Guest service desk was very informed of happy hour offerings. It was clean and functional. There were a few instances where we called for help and no one reported. Other than that it was a great experience!
Kids had their pizza on chairs, next to them, which of course you know someone sat in it... Ugh, what a mess.
Then theres the set up, is just as bad as the staff.. we ordered HUGE nachos, a large pizza and drinks, while bowling. After it all came we just kinda looked around for a place to eat, shoot, a place to even set our plates down would have been nice! But nothing was available to assist us in eating our lunch while bowling.
While we were bowling we noticed our balls were not returning. We notified the employees and waited for them to respond. They eventually came and had serious attitude with them trying to retrieve and figure out what was taking place with the balls being stuck. Employees seemed annoyed that they had to get the balls unstuck for us, which they were eventually able to do. Once they got everything all unstuck, the family time continued.
