Absolutely outstanding service. I'm new to cycling and I felt totally comfortable taking the advice of Treva and Raphael. They sold me 5 bikes and accessories that my family will enjoy for years. I need more stars!!!! My husband is now obsessed with cycling and we have purchased a total of 5 bikes from this store! Im so happy I let Treva convince me to get one. My husband and I ride daily and practically live at the store! We have had excellent customer service and Ralph has been EXCELLENT in maintaining and showing us how to use our bikes! We are recruiting neighbors now b/c they see us daily riding LOL

I just had my bike serviced at this location by Ralph and let me tell you this is one of the best experiences I've had getting my bike serviced. Every time I've been in this store Ralph and Trevor have been very helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy when it comes to a sale thank you guys for all of your help and great work.
