Was scheduled for a specific hour, they made me wait for 45 min because their accountant decided to have a phone conference. Finally sat down with a woman named Jocy . It felt like i was talking to a bureaucrat from DMV very dry unpleasant attitude. Then she tells me that the day I was told by receptionist on the phone that the taxes will be finalized and electronically submitted to irs their office will be closed so its impossible i was told that they will be opened suggesting my fault , LAUGHABLE very unprofessional. i ran out of there wasting my valuable time. They are all spanish there looks like.
